Having the best data and science to support policy is of no value if it is not accessible to the population.
Accessible doesn’t just mean “On Line”, it also means that it has to be comprehended by the reader, whether that is intellectual capability, language, or relevance. Retrieval should not just direct, but inform on the path to discovery.
